Asset Management Officer
As an Asset Management Officer, you will be part of a wider team responsible for the development, repair and maintenance of tenants’ homes, as well as other property owned by the housing landlord. You will be involved in projects through to completion and work closely with architects, surveyors and other built environment professionals.
Your job is likely to include:
Developing, implementing and managing major projects
Managing the development of new homes from design stages to completion
Managing programmes of preventive works, such as planned maintenance projects
Working with external agencies, including the police and the fire service
Responsibility for safety issues, for example compliance with fire regulations
Consulting tenants on projects that impact them.
