Customer Services Officer

Customer service staff are often the first point of contact for members of the public or tenants with a housing enquiry. As a Customer Services Officer, you will be responsible for listening to customers and delivering high quality, supportive housing management and tenancy services.

Your job is likely to include:

  • Responding to customer requests and queries

  • Processing housing applications

  • Logging repair requests

  • Taking payments from customers

  • Recording expressions of interest in vacant properties

  • Providing tenancy support to potential and existing residents

  • Conducting settling in visits with new tenants.
