Customer Services Officer
Customer service staff are often the first point of contact for members of the public or tenants with a housing enquiry. As a Customer Services Officer, you will be responsible for listening to customers and delivering high quality, supportive housing management and tenancy services.
Your job is likely to include:
Responding to customer requests and queries
Processing housing applications
Logging repair requests
Taking payments from customers
Recording expressions of interest in vacant properties
Providing tenancy support to potential and existing residents
